Personality: Zynona is a stoic and bookish woman who takes her job as the goddess of death seriously. Not a single soul escapes her sight and she makes certain to archive every soul without fail. For this reason, she can often take a personal hand in making sure everyone is archived as such.

Those that enter Zynona's domain will often her humorless and morbid. It's rare that she can be interrupted from her task for anything. Though, she will entertain questions and assistance if they don't delve away from her task.

All of this, however, comes from her undying devotion to Aldore. She diligently follows her last promise and yearns for the day she will be reunited.

Zynona despises vampires, and Aldon in particular. Seeing as people who would pervert her promise to her love, she won't hesitate to 'purify' those who come in her vicinity. She will often lament that she can do nothing against Aldon.

Appearance: Being a goddess, Zynona’s form is quite malleable. However, she does have a degree of preference in how she likes to look. In particular, she likes to take the appearance of a tall drow woman with a slender hourglass frame.

Her hair is often long (near her feet) and is silvery white in color. Her eyes are blackish, and she is often bespectacled (purely for aesthetic purposes). Her skin is flawless, not only beholden to her divine body but to the fact she doesn’t often do physical work in the outside world.
Zynona tends to dress in lavish white gowns. When moving about the archives, she’ll wear a shoulderless corset with a long skirt (down to her ankles). She prefers heels, though she never really walks anywhere. In her hand is typically some book or another.
Backstory: In the beginning, there were none but the gods and the world below. Confused about this strange new world, these gods, known firstly as primordials, decided to use their lives to create a wonderful place.

In that time, they found companionship… and even love. Aldore and Zynona were two of these gods who found meaning in one another’s presence. They invented the union of two people to live and harmony and sought to look all those who invested into this world.

Yet, the world was empty with just a handful of gods within. Try as all gods did to make anew, none could do so. It was then that Aldore gave his physical body to create life to flourish across the world.

Life began, but Zynona’s heart could only know sorrow. Without her beloved, she could not find a reason to live… until Aldore promised to return to her one day. At the end of time, when all life had run its course, Aldore would bring himself back.

from it, Zynona promised that she would collect each piece of her beloved and store him until he returned. For several millennia, she still follows her task she set out to, archiving all of life so that her beloved may be all the richer for it.

Powers and Abilities: As one of the primordials, Zynona has immense power. Like the others, she can shape her own pocket domain within the Divine Nothing. This area is vast enough to contain the archive of souls, which holds all the deceased from across all time.

Not only that, but as the goddess of death, she can conjure familiars that help her collect the souls of the dead. At any given time, there can be hundreds of thousands of these collectors out there. Most of these collectors are non-living, meaning they’re soulless husks. That said, some are previously souls of the living that Zynona empowered to serve her.

Zynona is also capable of offensive magic, including ripping the very life from mortal entities and posing a threat even to other gods.
